Lewes Dance Club offers lessons in ‘Jazzercise’ and Zumba run by Gemma Coe .  The classes are held in Lewes, Sussex, every Wednesday night and are for dancers aged 16 years upwards of all abilities.

‘Jazzercise’ is an energetic and entertaining glimpse into the style of Jazz.  In each class we dance to a large variety of songs, ranging from those featured in popular West End shows, current chart releases and basically any feel good tunes that lend themselves to ‘Jazzercise’.  The class focuses on enjoyment, gives you the opportunity to perform for fun and most importantly enables you to achieve an all over workout simply by dancing.

‘Jazzercise’ is suitable for people of all ages and no experience is required.  The class teaches you how to warm up, some basic technique and concludes with a fun, upbeat routine; exercise has never been easier!
